In 1990, before embarking on a new chapter for a new decade, David Bowie decided to give his fans a treat: a greatest-hits-only tour. And for it, he enlisted the help of a Montreal dance troupe, and he came to Montreal to rehearse for it. He would tour through 27 countries, but it began in Quebec City and Montreal in March.
