    Adam is a queer community organizer and artistic leader advancing performance as a tool for global LGBTQ+ advocacy. He has produced work with Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, New York Theatre Workshop, HERE Arts Center, MCC Theater, NYC Pride, and PAC NYC, positioning queer artists on major U.S. stages.

    In this episode Donnie and Adam discuss the origin story of National Queer Theater, how art can be used as a form of activism, and the importance of intentionality when working towards inclusion in theater. This conversation highlights the impact of seeing your own and others' stories told in theater, and the push to learn more that such works can evoke.
