• Campbelltown is Set to Rock! Wests Tigers Come to Town Sunday
    Apr 10 2026
One of the biggest Wests Tigers matches in recent years will play out at Campbelltown Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Chasing three wins in a row, after falling seventeen times beforehand, can the Wests Tigers finally get the elusive hat trick of wins?

On this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast with Josh, Josh and Jordan, the boys preview the big clash with the recently impressive Newcastle Knights. How do we conquer their unorthodox style? What are some things we need to do better as a team to ensure the two points stay with us? Is resilience (and a big home crowd) going to get the good guys home in this one?

They're just a couple of main talking points on this edition.

Hit play to also have a chuckle at something funny that happened in the Benji Marshall press conference today, and the boys look at the sudden depth we seem to have in the backs.

While some player movement rumours are also circling, including the potential big news of Jahream Bula re-signing long-term with Wests Tigers.

And Campbelltown also comes up on the agenda, with a pat on the back for the club and the local council for their recent efforts to boost Wests Tigers' profile and standing in the community.

Let's hope for three in a row on Sunday, and don't forget to leave your 'One Word' submissions post-match for the next edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast on the forum!

On this post-victory edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, Joel is joined by Josh and Declan to look back at a game that had more highs and lows than the Easter Show roller coaster. Some of the primary points discussed include:
    • The Luke Laulilii sin-bin
    • The Jock Madden performance
    • What to do with the halves when Luai is available again
    • The slow start...again!
    • The standout performance of most of the Wests Tigers' forwards

  • Forget the Eggs...Wests Tigers Want Two Points this Easter!
    Apr 2 2026
Wests Tigers, fresh off one of the club's best-ever victories, meet the Eels on Easter Monday afternoon. Playing against a team that will likely start as favourites, and who are proving a bit unpredictable this year, will the Wests Tigers get the job done?

On this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, Joel, Nick, Josh, and Jordan look at how we match up against Parramatta. The boys discuss the positives of a settled team, a strong bench, and the positive attributes guys like Jock Madden have brought into the team.

There are some fearless predictions too, dare we say it, that confidence is up, but then so are the nerves!

Outside of the Parra game, there's also a look at some really interesting Wests Tigers topics, including:
    • What we can take away from the Jahream Bula interview with Terrell May
    • Starford To'a is set to return in the NSW Cup. What does that mean for our backline?
    • If Wests Tigers stay in form, who drops out when Jarome Luai comes back from injury?
    • And what do we see the future being for Latu Fainu?
There's also a quick look at the latest dramas around the Holman Barnes Group, with Gaming NSW launching another probe into whether the antiquated "debenture" governance model used by Wests Ashfield complies with the Registered Clubs Act.

And don't forget to leave your 'One Word' responses to Monday's game on the Wests Tigers Podcast Forum.

  • How Good Was That? Wests Tigers Sail Past Warriors in NZ
    Mar 29 2026
The Wests Tigers had it all against them, but after a performance to be proud of, they scored a memorable win over New Zealand on Friday night. Leading 16-10 at the break, the Tigers ended up scoring a convincing 32-14 victory over the Warriors in front of nearly 25,000 mostly Kiwi fans.

On this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, we take a look at how the Wests Tigers have changed over the past twelve months. From a side that was clunky and inconsistent, to a team today that seems so much more confident, consistent, and connected. And this is reflected in the results: since July last year, the Wests Tigers have been tracking at a 50% win rate (something we could only dream of not that long ago). Joel, Josh, and Declan discuss several key talking points from the match, including:
    • The debut of Tino Tavana
    • Do we upgrade Tino to an NRL contract?
    • The performance of Madden and Doueihi in the halves
    • How our young backline wasn't overwhelmed against a star-studded Warriors back five
    • The really impressive performance of Jahream Bula (does this change his dollar value?)
    • The more efficient use of our forwards this year
    • Where's Bunty Afoa?
    • Our greatly improved defence
While there are also many 'One Word' contributions from the brainstrust that is the Wests Tigers Podcast Forum. It is so good to bring you another post-victory edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast. We hope you enjoy it!

  • Wests Tigers Face Mammoth Challenge Against Red-Hot Warriors
    Mar 26 2026
It’s the 450th edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast! What a rollercoaster it has been…well, rollercoasters normally have some high points, and over the past eight years, the highs have been pretty few and far between for Wests Tigers fans.

But dare we dream and say that the best is yet to come?

We might get a better idea of where the Wests Tigers are on the road to bigger and better tomorrow night when the Tigers meet the high-flying Warriors in New Zealand. Pretty much everything is against us here.

They have the home ground advantage, they’re in winning form, we’re missing our best player, oh, and they’ve also beaten us nine games straight! Be that as it may, Wests Tigers have a chance to show what the club and this playing group are made of tomorrow evening.

On this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, we look at what needs to be done to get on top of our more-fancied rivals. There’s also some Wests Tigers news around our possible trip to Las Vegas in 2027.

If you’ve been there from the start, thank you; if you’ve come along at some point in the journey, thanks as well. Let’s charge on to 500 episodes and a Wests Tigers finals appearance!

  • Wests Tigers Fail To Ace Red Zone Moments Against Souths
    Mar 22 2026
We can't say we didn't have our chances! The Wests Tigers fell to South Sydney on Saturday night by 20 points to 16. Frustratingly, we think just about everyone agrees that for most of the match, the Wests Tigers were the better team, but it ended up being an inability to ice moments in our red zone that cost us a valuable win.

On this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, Joel, Nick, and Josh take a deep dive into the performance that left many Wests Tigers fans confused. But before talking specifically about the Gosford game, there's some breaking news that former Knights coach, and current Bulldogs assistant, Adam O'Brien might be coming in to help us with our attack. We take a look at how that could play out for our club.

There's also some player movement talk with more Wests Tigers players possibly getting off the bus. Back to the game against the Bunnies, we take a look at some of the individual performances, including giving big wraps to the born-again Alex Twal!

Naturally, there's discussion about the injuries to Adam Doueihi and Jarome Luai, and, just as importantly, how we might replace them over the coming weeks. There are also a lot of opinions and thoughts from other Wests Tigers fans, including two well-thought-out posts found on different Wests Tigers Facebook groups, and a stack of 'One Word' submissions from the Wests Tigers Podcast Forum.

The Richo-Meter also features. It's a post-loss edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, but it isn't all doom and gloom. We hope you enjoy, and thanks for watching or listening.

  • Is Bronson Xerri heading to Wests Tigers?
    Mar 18 2026
The hot topic on this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast centres on whether (allegedly) want-away Bulldogs centre Bronson Xerri is coming to us.

Coming on the back of several articles linking the specialist left centre to the Wests Tigers, we take a look at where he might fit into our backline, who might have to make way, and what he would bring.

Also on this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, we take a look at the new connected Wests Tigers playing group, how they are saying, and doing this differently, and how this connection and bond helped us secure the services of Kai Pearce-Paul.

There's also a look at the South Sydney match this Saturday night in Gosford, including some fearless (and one or two possibly fearful) predictions!

And we also raise the question, which we'd love you to have your say on at the Wests Tigers Podcast Forum, what should be the name of the new grandstand being built at Leichhardt Oval?

We hope to catch you for a post-victory edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast on Sunday night. In the meantime, though, thanks for listening!

  • Wests Tigers Kick Off 2026 With Big Cowboys Triumph
    Mar 15 2026
Leichhardt Oval was pumping on Saturday afternoon with the Wests Tigers kicking off their 2026 in fine style.

In front of the biggest Leichhardt Oval crowd since 2019, the Wests Tigers raced to a 28-2 halftime lead, before getting the two points with a 44-16 full-time lead.

On this edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast, Joel, Declan, Josh, and Jordan discuss some of the key takeaways from the performance, including: The impressive performance off the bench of Jeral Skelton, the two-try club debut of our new recruit Kai Pearce-Paul, and the impressive offloads provided by Alex Twal.

There's a ton of 'One Word' submissions from members of the Wests Tigers Podcast Forum, too! While some of the questions the boys try to answer on this pod include: Was this Jarome Luai's best Wests Tigers performance so far? Did Terrell May benefit from fewer minutes? And what needs to be done to get over the top of the Bunnies this weekend?

For a bit of fun, the boys also discuss the Wests Tigers event that could lead to a crowd pitch invasion, as was witnessed on Friday night at Allianz Stadium. And no roof on the soon-to-be-built new Northern stand at Leichhardt Oval? Are we worried about that?

It's great to present another post-win edition of the Wests Tigers Podcast!
