We’re easing out of Christmas and into the New Year with a very Frome-flavoured January episode.

We go behind the scenes at Frome Symphony Orchestra’s magical performance of The Snowman, take baby Ren to meet Father Christmas, dance around town at Mrs Christmas’s Silent Disco, and catch up backstage at the Merlin Theatre for festive favourite, Crimes Against Christmas.

Sonia chats to local girl band Planet Janet about making a joyful comeback and Daisy interviews this month's local legend, litter-picking hero Tracey Eames. We also speak to several mumtrepreneurs about how they've been cashing in on Christmas to help pay the bills through the festive season, and hear from James at Edventure about a new course aimed at turning business ideas into reality.

We explore the need for donations to Fair Frome and the Community Fridge this winter, and as we all make our New Year's resolutions, Becky rounds things off with a gentle New Year, New You moment focusing on movement and motivation. She also delivers her Fabulous Frome guide to what's on in town this month.

It’s an episode filled with warmth and hope - a reminder that even in times of loss, kindness really does grow here in Frome.

In this month's episode, we dive into all things October in Frome. Daisy braves a ghost walk led by the long-departed Reverend Joseph Glanvill, uncovering spooky tales like the Nunney Hitchhiker and the Griffin ghost. Sonia takes part in the Frome Big Bat Count, spotting 187 bats across 12 species - proving Halloween isn't the only time bats come out to play. Our Local Legend is Jackie Bryant, Asda's community champion, whose tireless fundraising supports charities across the town. And in this month's Challenge Sonia, she picks up a bow and arrow for an archery session - and turns out to be a natural. The whole team was out at the Frome Carnival, capturing the atmosphere and interviewing people in the crowd. And as always Becky from Fabulous Frome rounds things off with her What's On Guide so you won't miss anything happening in October.

We're at the Black Swan Arts Centre for a new exhibition featuring 28,000 shells - one for every resident of Frome. Our Local Legend is Rachel Clark, who's raised thousands of pounds for Frome cancer charity WHY. We speak to local legend Dr Helen Kingston about how tackling loneliness in Frome led to a groundbreaking drop in emergency hospital admissions. Sonia soaks up a perfect summer's evening with the Frome Town Band, while Daisy delves underground to explore the mysterious history of Frome's hidden tunnel network.

Challenge Sonia is back - and this time she's on two wheels, hopping on an e-bike from the Frome Community Bike Project, cycling from Frome to Mells and back powered by determination (and the promise of cake). We also meet Tilda Lowsley-Williams, a massage therapist bringing Ayurvedic healing to her new life in Frome..
