    Jesus, the Word of God

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” (John 1:1, 14)

The message of Jesus is our freedom. It is the essence of our faith, the power of our confession, the security of our future, the hope of our calling, the key to our deliverance, the pathway to salvation, and the promise of eternity.

In this powerful teaching that bridges Easter and Pentecost, we discover the stunning truth that Jesus has finished His work on the cross and is now seated at the right hand of the Father as our Advocate. The Holy Spirit is actively revealing all that Jesus accomplished, just as He carried out the Father’s Word at creation: “Let there be light.”

Through the miracle of feeding the 5,000 and Jesus walking on the stormy Sea of Galilee, we see Jesus as the Bread of Life who fulfills the law and brings completion where striving could never succeed. Five loaves and two fish become abundance for thousands—symbolizing grace, the law’s fulfillment, and provision for all humanity. Twelve baskets remain, empowering every disciple to carry that same sustaining power forward.

When the disciples are tormented by waves in the middle of the night, Jesus doesn’t just calm the storm—He walks on the water, declaring “It is I,” echoing the great “I AM.” Peter steps out in bold faith, and Jesus invites him (and us) to do what He does: walk above every storm with authority over creation itself.

Jesus is not still healing, providing, or performing miracles on earth—He has empowered you. He is everything you need. The war on sin is over. The finished work of the cross stands. Resurrection belongs to you.

Abide in His Word, and you will know the truth—and the truth will make you free indeed. Sanctified by truth, equipped with twelve baskets of overflow, and called to touch a hurting world with the hem of His garment.

This is who Jesus is: the Word who spoke everything into existence, the Son who sets us free, and the King who invites us to walk in His power.

Let the Holy Spirit reveal Jesus to you today. Declare with confidence: “Jesus has empowered me, and He is everything I need.”

Listen now and step into the freedom, authority, and abundance that belong to you in Christ.

    Apr 7 2026

We celebrate the day that split history — the resurrection of Jesus Christ!

  • Worth It Part 2 - Worth Dying For
    Mar 31 2026

In this powerful episode, we dive deep into Mark 10 and 11 to uncover the true meaning of full surrender to Jesus. From the rich young ruler who walked away sorrowful because he refused to let go of his possessions, to James and John asking to sit at Jesus’ right and left (without understanding the cup of suffering they would share), to blind Bartimaeus boldly crying out for mercy and then throwing aside his only garment as a radical act of leaving his old life behind.

Jesus makes it clear: the path to resurrection life requires dying to self first. We explore how the mercy seat in the Old Testament pointed forward to Christ’s once-for-all sacrifice that doesn’t just cover sin temporarily but cleanses us completely. We also see the humble colt that carried the King into Jerusalem, reminding us we weren’t made to carry the burdens of the world—Jesus invites us to release our loads and take His easy yoke instead.

The crowds on the road to Jerusalem laid down their robes and waved palm branches not because of a planned event, but because they had personally tasted Jesus’ goodness—healings, miracles, and resurrection power. Their worship was authentic and costly. Are we willing to do the same?

This message ends with Jesus in Gethsemane praying “Not My will, but Yours,” showing us the ultimate example of surrender even when it’s painful.

If you’ve been holding back parts of your life, building walls from past hurts, or carrying burdens you were never designed to bear, this episode is your invitation to throw off the old garment, cry out to Jesus, and experience true freedom and resurrection life through full surrender.

Key Scripture: “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.” — Matthew 16:24-25

    Mar 23 2026

In this Resurrection-focused sermon, experience a raw and personal testimony: In 2019, at the lowest point, the Spirit of God declared, “I don’t want to give you a restoration—I want to give you a resurrection.” Death had to come first, but Jesus, the Resurrection and the Life, refused to give up. From the cross’s agony to the empty tomb’s triumph, discover how Jesus’ suffering, death, burial, and resurrection reversed the curse from Genesis 3, redeemed every broken part of humanity, and made eternal life available to all.

    Explore:

    • God’s relentless pursuit—from the Garden of Eden (“Where are you?”) to the parables in Luke 15 (the lost sheep, lost coin, and prodigal son)
    • How the crown of thorns, drops of blood in Gethsemane, and the cross fulfilled and reversed the curses of sin
    • The profound meaning of “Tetelestai” (It is finished)—a declaration of perpetual victory, conquest, and paid-in-full debt
    • The symbolism of the sour wine on hyssop, restoring the Holy Spirit’s living water so we never thirst again
    • Why Jesus healed Malchus’ ear even in arrest—because even His enemies were worth pursuing

For those seeking God: See His heart clearly—He pursues you in the dirty places, the far-off places, because you are worth it. For believers: Let this stir overwhelming gratitude and give you His heart toward others.

He’s alive! And because the grave couldn’t hold Him, sin and death can’t hold you. The same power that raised Jesus lives in us!

  • Produce Pt 6 - Pastor Jason Shirley
    Feb 24 2026

In this powerful message, Pastor Jason dives deep into the heart of true biblical faith—not as a list of personal achievements or reactions to the world’s chaos, but as unwavering trust in Jesus, the true Vine, who has already paid it all.

Drawing from Galatians 5:16-26, we explore the stark contrast between the works of the flesh and the beautiful fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These aren’t qualities we strive to manufacture; they flow naturally when we walk in the Spirit and abide in Christ.

Jesus’ words in John 15:1-12 reveal the secret: “Abide in Me, and I in you… without Me you can do nothing.” True fruitfulness comes from remaining connected to the Vine, allowing His life to produce what we could never achieve on our own. We also unpack 1 John 5:1-4, where loving God means keeping His commandments—not as a burden, but as the overflow of being born of Him and overcoming the world through faith.

The message challenges the common view of Hebrews 11 as merely a “Hall of Fame of Faith.” Instead, see it as a summary of faith that points everywhere to Jesus—the Word who frames the ages, the better sacrifice, the rewarder of those who seek Him. From Abel’s obedient offering to Abraham’s trust, Moses’ endurance, and beyond, every story paints a portrait of reliance on Christ’s finished work.

We confront the defeated enemy, cultural distractions, and the temptation to react in fear. Instead, we’re called to look unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12), laying aside weights, enduring chastening as beloved sons, and running the race with eyes fixed on Him. Faith isn’t reactionary—it’s relational, rooted in grace, producing thankfulness and worship rather than judgment.

Whether you’re battling the lusts of the flesh, seeking more fruit in your life, or needing fresh vision amid worldly turmoil, this episode reminds us: Faith in the Vine triumphs over faith in our own efforts. Jesus paid it all—now abide, trust, and watch the unshakable kingdom bear fruit in you.
