Dieser einzelne Track von ca. 19 Minuten ist ein kurzes effektives Übungsprogramm zur Stressbewältigung. Es ist für die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer meiner Kurse "Stressbewältigung durch Muskelentspannungstraining" zum täglichen Üben zu Hause vorgesehen. Die Idee dazu kam von den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern meiner Kurse, die diesen Track schon aus den Kursen kennen. Auf diesem Wege möchte ich diesen Track zu einem kleinen Anerkennungspreis verfügbar machen.
