This audiobook addresses fifteen common health conditions, affecting millions of Americans and many others worldwide. While this resource is not intended to replace diagnosis and treatment by medical professionals, it does provide a source of general information on these commonly experienced health disorders.

Through the 18 chapters this audiobook contains, I provide answers from a Biblical perspective, for many of the age-old questions regarding life, death, good and evil.

On a particular popular social media reviews site, where reviewers are allowed to classify books in their shelving options under terms such as “d**k head literature”, comments toward this very book, included my being told to “castrate” myself, my being called “an a**hole” and being told to “die in a dark hole”. I am only citing scant-examples and these type comments are far more reaching in the negative and offensive directions than I can even begin to convey (Hence: “Unfairly Unfavorable”).

The revenue-sharing content website industry has grown into a multi-billion dollar a year online business. These are websites (sites) that offer interesting or needed information to readers who visit their online pages but who at the same time, sell advertising units, which appear as ads around each piece of content they display (i.e. articles, audios, photos or videos). This system can be very beneficial to content contributors but much of this depends on what websites one decides to register with and the level of quality content submissions one has.

This audiobook is for listeners interested in natural and prescribed treatments for Adrenal Fatigue, specifically. This audiobook is compiled from articles I wrote on the subject of adrenal fatigue between the years 2005 and 2009 that contain information on conditions commonly related to the syndrome, with emphasis on treatments that are available, of both the prescribed and natural types. Included in the information is discussion on the most suspected causes for diminished adrenal gland function, resulting in symptoms.

Many asthma patients (for which I am one), experience ongoing struggles, with frequent changes in their lung function. In addition to dealing with ongoing symptoms of breathing distress and worsening attacks of symptoms that can be severe or even life-threatening, we also have the added fear of not knowing where our asthmatic conditions will take us in the future, as we grow older. For listeners who are not asthma patients, I hope to convey to them an understanding of how our respiratory disorders can cause us genuine concerns and place a degree of limitations on our lives.

The majority of patients with both hypothyroidism (under-active thyroid) and hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) are experiencing autoimmune diseases that cause these conditions. When autoimmune thyroid disease results in hypothyroidism, the term for the disease is "Hashimoto's thyroiditis". When the autoimmune disease of the thyroid causes hyperthyroidism, it is called "Grave's Disease". Thyroid antibodies attack key proteins in the thyroid gland and in some cases, stimulate production of excessive amounts of hormone.

This is now my third short subject audiobook regarding a negative publishing experience I have had on the world wide web, that I was eventually able to glean positive things from. While I have written about other similar experiences in past audiobooks, this is my first time for relating this particular one. When content contributors recognize a downward trend in treatment from the administration of websites they enter into contract with, they should seriously consider taking some degree of action to overcome it, as an obstacle to their own growth as authors.

I feel that Christian Churches, available for attendance to worship God and to receive from His written Word, are the most important institutions that exist. Nations that practice freedom of religion and worship are blessed to have this privilege and people of the world who desire this but who are not allowed this privilege, would love to trade places with us who do. The Church is also a place of sanctuary from the everyday problems we face in life.

Big Mo and Spotted Wolf is a Western short story about two boys (Big Mo a white rancher and Spotted Wolf a half Indian farmer) who become lifetime friends in the old west of the very early 1900s. It is also a romantic story about Wolf's love for Mo's sister Ruby and her devoted love for Wolf. The characters are based on actual people and places, I, Jim Lowrance - the author have known during my lifetime (semi-fiction). Plenty of suspense and intrigue awaits the listener in this great story of love and friendship!

Hyperthyroid conditions account for about 20% of thyroid disease cases. The causes of an overactive thyroid gland can be varied but the most common cause is an autoimmune condition called Graves' disease. Complications can also occur with hyperthyroidism, including Thyroid Eye Disease, toxic diffuse goiter, hot nodules and myopathy of the muscles.

Anxiety Disorders affect about 40 million people in the U.S. alone and many millions more worldwide. Within this resource, each type of disorder is described in detail. Symptoms, diagnosis and treatments are discussed in easy-to-understand but concise language, so that both novice readers and those in the mental health profession can benefit from the information provided.

Patients with thyroid diseases can experience complications despite being treated for their thyroid disorders. Some complications may be related to inadequate treatment that is in need of being better optimized while other complications arise due to the disease itself and must be treated as a seperate health disorder. In this audiobook I have endeavored to address the more common complications seen in thyroid patients and the treatments that are commonly recommended for them.

The health care - medical professional's field is among the most important callings on earth but doctors and medical workers have very difficult and very stressful jobs. There has also arisen an unmistakable doctor-shortage in many areas of America. This has increased the workload of medical staff and professionals and some of them are experiencing a condition referred to by medical research groups, as "burn out".

The subjects addressed within the chapters of this book are those of most importance regarding receiving from God by faith and that are very clearly stated in the scriptures. It is my hope that this resource will help to bring perspective in regard to material wealth that is sought and received from God.

Some Statistics including those by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) state that up to 25-million Americans suffer from asthma. That's approximately 1 in every 12 people or about 8.2 percent of the U.S. population. Asthma is more common in women than in men and is also more common among African Americans and Hispanics than in Caucasians.

This audiobook covers everything you ever wanted to know about thyroid disease. Included is information on all aspects of thyroid disease. The listener will learn about thyroid disease-causing antibodies, goiters, thyroid nodules, risk factors, types of thyroiditis and much, much more!

This audiobook is my personal tribute to the Beatles - Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison. One might think, for just a moment, that my subtitle - "Growing up with John, Paul, George and Ringo" - would imply that I actually grew up with these men during my childhood. Well, I actually did grow up with them but not in the physical sense of having played with them as boys in the neighborhoods of Liverpool, England, or having attended school with them. (I was only a toddler when they invaded America.)

Why would I see the need to write about a horrible “bizarre bullying” experience that I had as a teen in the 1970s, rather than relate all of the glory days I experienced? I think we sometimes forget about how hard it can be for a teen to survive the challenges of growing into adulthood. I believe by sharing one of my own negative life experiences, I can help to demonstrate how serious bullying can be in the lives of teenagers, who are trying to grow up in a tough and sometimes cruel world.
