I'm not gonna lie, I bought this because of Jacob Morgan and dmn! the duet chemistry between him & Vivienne LaRue was off the charts! I even love how they both switch & turn their Southern accents for the other characters. Their performance felt like you are watching a movie since they gave so much dynamics to the story. It's also fantastic how Jacob really depicted Adam as a 'Goode' church boy who completely unravels into a feral mess of a man. Man! Is this what really happens when you deprive a preacher so much of what life has to offer!? The poor guy was so lost! The story concept itself is fascinating & questions how righteousness and preaching could ever possibly, or impossibly, co-exist with owning a sex club & be an Only Fans like porn star at the same time. It really is entertaining 😄 & yes, it's also 🌶🌶🌶. With that said, I vote for Book 2 as it left slightly open ended. I'd definitely like to read Adam becoming a best selling author while preaching all that 37yr old reborn goodness to his sinner audience. Now, that would be a circus.

I don't know why I waited so long to read this. I read / listened and I loved it. Adam and Sage were so much fun... he is so holy but ohhh his filthy mouth is everything and Sage is so different from anyone he knows. I am so excited to read more on these Goode brothers, I plan to jump right into the second book.

The audio was AMAZING, highly recommend
