I was a little surprised by this one as it did not feel like the Nicole Edwards Novels i am used to reading. This was more of a quick Steamy read. I would have liked a little more character development but all in all, it was still a good read.

This was my first Nicole Edwards's book. This short mafia story is fast-paced, suspenseful, funny and entertaining, filled with hot scenes. I love Isaiah and Cassidy. Their chemistry is strong. Isaiah is a very alpha protective man. The narration was really great! I love those two narrators. Their narration is always well done and easy to listen. I enjoyed my listening. I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Great quick novella. The chemistry between Isiah and Cassidy was hot! There was quite a bit of action, and it almost didn’t seem to be such a short story. Tor Thom and Charley Ongel did a good job narrating.
