Annalisa stepped into aviation at the age of 14 and fell in love with it. With a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering specialized in Maintenance and Management from Politecnico of Milano and a Private Pilot License, Annalisa’s worked in different environments, including Flight Schools, commercial Air Carriers, Manufacturers, Maintenance Organizations and Airworthiness Management Organizations. Her experience spans from Aircraft and Airworthiness Management, delivery and re-delivery projects to aircraft brokerage. She’s worked with all kinds of different aircraft, fixed and rotary wing, from Airbus A330, Boeing B747, B767 to various business jets and helicopters like Citation X, Bell-429, AW-139 and EC-130. As CAMO Post Holder of Cayman Aviation Consulting, Annalisa further expanded her knowledge by working with all kinds of different clients from all over the world, helping them manage their aircraft under different Civil Aviation Authorities. This has exposed her to different regulations such as EASA, FAA, Transport Canada and San Marino Civil Aviation Regulations, and UK Overseas Territories Requirements. Passionate about self-development and self-growth, she doesn’t stop reading, researching, taking courses, and implementing methods and systems to be a better person and professional. She strongly believes that to be the best version of yourself and wiring yourself for success you need to make a “root-cause” analysis of your behaviors. Examine, understand, and analyze them allow you to find solutions to achieve the quality of life and work that you always wanted. As an Italian, she loves cooking and baking, but also reading, exercising, gardening, and spending time in nature with her cat.
