Anna Sato was born in Stony Brook, NY to Japanese and Chinese immigrant parents. At age 14, she co-authored and illustrated her first book, "My First Japanese Kanji Book". A lover of languages, the arts, and the sciences, Sato is now an undergraduate student at Harvard University majoring in statistics.
