Faith Spencer is a writer, copyeditor, and mom who’s passionate about helping young women create fulfilling and authentic lives. As a certified trainer through Marci Shimoff’s “Happy for No Reason” program, she shares insights, tools, and techniques that promote unconditional happiness. In her debut book, she offers metaphysical, outside-the-box wisdom that’s typically not explained to teen audiences. She hopes the book will help her own tween daughter and many other young women avoid the pitfalls of following society’s dictates and instead use deeper spiritual laws to guide them as they navigate their life journeys. She believes everyone is born with a destiny and a purpose, and that we need to learn how to tune in to our inner knowing instead of heeding the world’s messages, which so often lead us astray. She lives with her family and cat in Helena, Montana, surrounded by tranquil vibes and wide-open skies.
