Greg Jenner (FRHistS) is a British public historian, BBC broadcaster, and the author of several funny history books for adults and children, including the TOTALLY CHAOTIC HISTORY series. He's best known as the creator and host of the chart-topping BBC 'YOU'RE DEAD TO ME' podcast (with over 145 million downloads). Before that, he spent 11 years as the Historical Consultant on the multiple BAFTA and EMMY-award-winning BBC TV comedy sketch series 'HORRIBLE HISTORIES' and its BAFTA-nominated spin-off movie. Born in 1982, Greg was educated at the University of York from 2001-5, and in 2025 was appointed an Honorary Fellow of the University of York's Institute for the Public Understanding of the Past (IPUP) ABOUT GREG'S BOOKS: Greg's first three books were for teens and adults, and were published by W&N.
