Over the decades, he earned a black belt in Uechi-Ryū karate, competed in full-contact tournaments, and immersed himself in the internal Chinese martial arts of tai chi and bagua, as well as the Shaolin Temple practice of qi-gong. These disciplines taught him that progress isn’t just about physical skill—it’s about cultivating balance, resilience, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. Jeff’s professional journey reflects the same philosophy. In 1995, he pioneered e-commerce with a niche online business that gained national attention, earning features on CNN, Time magazine, and the Food Net-work. As a lawyer and commercial mediator, Jeff specialized in finding creative solutions to conflicts and complex problems. As an executive coach, he has guid-ed professionals to break through barriers and elevate their performance and careers.
