I’m Jorge Jones — born and raised primarily in New Jersey with roots that stretch deep into the South. I’m a Black author who grew up surrounded by many beautiful cultures, languages, foods, and friends, and that influence runs through everything I write. I’m part gamer (Mortal Kombat till I die 💥), part philosopher, and 100% obsessed with UFOs, the metaphysical, and anything that challenges how we think about reality. When I’m not decoding synchronicities at 3AM or spiraling into alien documentaries, I’m writing sci-fi stories that feel less like fiction and more like ancestral memory. I live with single-sided deafness and (confession time) I own a Bi-CROS hearing aid that I probably don’t wear nearly as much as I should — my deepest apologies to my audiologist. 🙃 My Echoes Beyond Our Sky series is what happens when Star Trek crashes into spiritual awakening — sprinkled with Spanglish, trap beats, and that cousin who swears they were abducted.
