Dr. Kendhal Hart holds a doctorate in psychology and a master's in counseling. She is an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Trainer and Consultant, an IFS Certified Therapist, Approved Clinical Consultant, and Level 3 trained. An expert in treating complex trauma and addiction, Dr. Hart also works with OCD, military members and first responders, cultural and legacy burdens, and therapists. In addition to ongoing clinical work, she offers EMDR + IFS intensives and provides preparation and integration support for clients working with psychedelic medicines. Based in San Diego, California, Dr. Hart runs a virtual practice where she focuses on empowering therapists to understand their own internal systems and provide the highest quality care to their clients. She offers EMDR and IFS integration courses, IFS foundational training, EMDR Basic Training, group consultations, live demos, therapist retreats, and other trauma-informed continuing education programs. With extensive experience as a clinician, educator, and former group practice owner, Dr. Hart is passionate about helping therapists expand their skills and create meaningful change in the lives of those they support.
