Mein Name ist Markus. Ich bin in einem kleinen Dorf in der ehemaligen Deutschen Demokratischen Republik, jetzt Ostdeutschland, aufgewachsen. 1961 flohen drei meiner Onkel nach Kanada, gerade früh genug, um der Berliner Mauer zuvorzukommen.
