Monique Daigneault is a motivational, authentic, insightful, and experienced coach, trainer, entrepreneur and Radio Host. She has 25+ years of experience in the corporate world working under the HR umbrella providing internal coaching, training, and leadership development. She is also a certified English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor. After retiring from her corporate career she has been in private practice as a coach ever since. Her clients are located on six continents and work across 15+ industries including healthcare, sales, automotive, military, government, IT, nonprofit and education. She works with clients to dissect their workplace challenges and situations, root cause them, determine measurements for success, and collaborate on the next steps. As a lifelong learner Monique has earned two degrees in business, a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology, and seven industry specific certifications. She greatly values work / life balance and spends her free time at the gym, taking dance lessons, hiking, skydiving, traveling, and spending time with her 5 grandchildren. In the spirit of helping others, she spends two months each summer as a volunteer teaching Business English overseas to non-English speaking corporate executives. Monique believes that there is something to be learned from all of life’s experiences. We can harness those lessons and not only grow from them but help others grow also. We have the power to influence, motivate, and impact our family, friends, coworkers, and business teams in a positive way. Monique has spent her career empowering others to recognize their limits, stretch beyond them, and use that inner strength to lead by example.
