Sena Lirasso grew up in a close-knit Italian family where love, resilience, and perseverance were daily lessons. Having witnessed the challenges of mental illness through my mother and sister, I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of mental health, balance and positive habits. Sports were always my outlet, and basically stayed active and physically fit throughout my life. I've also got a soft spot for animals, all animals are are special to me. I always make time for the things that bring me peace and balance. My debut book, The Frequency of Life, reflects my belief that good energy and good habits are the foundation for a healthier, happier life.
