Hi, my name is Steven and I'm a man in recovery. I've been clean and sober from drugs and alcohol since October 1990 and am a (well-qualified) member in good standing of Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous since 2002. I'm a big believer in the 12 Steps as a program of recovery from addiction, and also in the concept of addiction as a path to higher consciousness. I'm a former legal professional (law clerk to a federal judge), a musician (drummer) and songwriter, a (former) screenwriter and a member in good standing of the Church of Baseball (you can look it up). I live in the Seattle area with my wonderful wife, my blueberry bushes, and the hummingbirds that worship at our feeder.
