Tiffany Gaskell is an international authority on leadership development, performance coaching and culture transformation. A recognised strategic thinker and author on the topics of high-performance company culture, she has spent 20 years working with the C-suite at Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 business on corporate culture evolution and change management, culminating on her pioneering approach of "Transformational Leader" development. Tiffany began her career in the 1990s with Credit Suisse as one of the few women on the trading room floor.
