Debbie Macomber is one of my favorite authors. However, I was confused by the narration of this novel. Her performance is over acted. Hard to listen to.

Such unhealthy thinking in the characters of the second book! I could not even believe DM would support its inclusion. No wonder our world is such a mess, if this is the thinking that anxiety is an excuse for bad behavior. As a Christian all my life I was taught to take responsibility for my own actions and to forgive myself & learn from my mistakes.
