An Itch for Justice is Book 1 in the Izzie Di Sante Mysteries by Christa Nardi. Izzie is an interesting character. She runs a family restaurant with her chef sister, but, her heart is set on investigating journalism. I found the murder interesting and I thought that it was so clever to put the victim's wife in a psychological hospital. Izzie met her uber driver, Henry, who used to be a police officer. I felt that it was a clever way for Izzie to get help. Janelle V Bennett was a good narrator and I thought she brought the book to life. I can't wait for book 2.

An Itch for Justice is a clean mystery that I would recommend for teens and up. This is a new series and it’s off to a fantastic start in my opinion . The author kept me guessing until the end and I enjoyed the romantic undertones. The narrator gave a nice performance, as well. I’m looking forward to the next book in this series!

Well developed plot, good story line , interesting characters who are easy to like. Money can't buy happiness on display. I'm positive you'll enjoy this book. I know I want more of this series. well done.

An Itch for Justice is #1 in the Izzie Di Sante mystery series by Christa Nardi. Izzie is trying to juggle investigative reporting with managing her family’s restaurant. This story centers on a murdered man and his wife, who is being held in a psychiatric institution. The situation doesn’t add up and Izzie is trying to get to the bottom of things. The narration by Janelle V Bennett is absolutely great. She brings the characters and story to life. I received a free copy of the audiobook for my honest review.

The author weaves an intriguing tale of a restaurateur who writes crime articles. In researching this particular murder she experiences the start of her own possible romance. The restaurant and staff are a nice touch of family as the crime drama unfolds around them. The murderer is revealed of course and the restaurant thrives. If you have an itch for more there are more books in the series. Each is a stand alone but fun to read multiples to pick up more on the relationships involved. I enjoyed the narrator who brought a good balance of the various characters.
