could be a good listen but the ai is awful for me didn't even finish

The AI narration repeated chapters, did things out of order, and there was no inflection in the voices or separate voices for characters. It completely took away from the actual story itself.

ZERO STARS!! What the heck is going on?! The timeline makes no sense. They make a plan for a road trip then two minutes later they bring up planning a road trip like they didn’t just decide to take one. Then they go on the trip and the next chapter they are back at school leaving for the trip again. They start their relationship at least 5 times, come out to parents multiple times and one characters name changes 2/3 through the book! How was this even published?! Also, the AI narrator is terrible, can’t even pronounce words that are culturally significant to a character.

The plot for this was frequently repetitive, with the structured girl constantly surprised when she broke with structure, both girls always with sparkly eyes, and structure girl sensing constant changes in relationship or fluttering with little progression and free of significant self reflection.
Some plot points like a road trip and the biggest ball of yarn were repeated as if they were new.
The virtual voice did a good job, but the plot and repeated identical phraseology both got too repetitive for me to want to finish it.
The two girls felt like templates rather than characters, and I could not believe in them or their reactions.
