This had to have been written by AI. Other reviews say it's "repetitive", but thats too simple. It literally replays the same scenes multiple times back to back with slight changes and makes you question your own sanity. If I ever hear "hyper aware of her proximity" again, I may explode in either rage or giggles because I will forever think of this book. I felt like I was being brainwashed or gaslighted the first time I heard the same scene play out 3 times in one chapter, and it continued until I lost my shit.

The virtual voice doesn’t help but it kept repeating scenes with different dialogues over and over. So confusing, mixing the names and who was speaking. Awful. A good story but it needs to be re-narrated

ok so the storyline is less of a line and more of an amorphous blob. This is written more like a collection of scenes then a linear story. In fact about half was through the chapters those scenes start to literally repeat with very minor differences. The sentiments in this book are very sweet and you do get some steamy scenes, but there isn't any drama like at all. It is like watching a hallmark Christmas special. oh the ai narrator... audible.. please just stop.. unless you can teach it to cl#t & not cleet... and the inflection of the narrator in the steamy parts just kill what little merit they possess. I am glad this was free....

To start, the Ai voice narration isn’t great. It lacks the emotion and takes away from the story. It’s hard to keep your attention. The story is really really slow. This book must be written by Ai as well bc some chapters it sounds like it rewinds and repeats the same few sentences over and over but with slight differences like it’s trying to decide which way the book should be written. I wouldn’t pay for this book (I listened as it was free with my subscription).

I liked the thought of this story, but lines kept repeating and it really annoyed me. This story structure is non existent. I could not finish this story.
