Every girl wants to bang me, and every guy wants to be me.

But I have my sights set on one person—Quinn Livingston. My perfect little neighbor, living in her perfect little world…

I am out to get payback for what her family took from me. What I want from her is something she can only give away once. For the rest of her life, when she thinks about losing her virginity, she will think of me.

Hey, Quinn Livingston, I never said I played fair.

Bentley is the first book in the Love Your Enemy duet.

In the beginning I was not interested in the “high school” but I continued listening. I’m glad I did, the ending was not what I was expecting. I’m vested now and have to purchase book 2.

Good book

I wasn’t sure how I would like this book. Especially with the amount of parental violence it had in the beginning. But it was a really interesting read. I’m actually looking forward to a time when I can buy book 2 on here.

Intriguing

Was this a 5 star book when compared to most 5 star books I’ve read/listened to in years past?

No.

But the quality of books since Covid has tanked, when it seems a bunch of uber progressive, under motivated, annoying, grievance addicted women decided they wanted to write books and flooded the market w/ poorly edited, mediocrely written, and obnoxiously preachy diatribes disguised as romantic fiction.

There probably are a number of really good books out there. But who can find them with a thousand books being released a day and a rating system that doesn’t have enough stars to separate the really good books from the okay ones, It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

So, for being a decent story without any propaganda or virtue signaling and great narration I gave this 5 stars.
