I listen to a lot of books and this was one of my favorites in recent memory. Very cool story with people that you feel like you could actually know in real life. Don’t want to spoil anything but great twists and turns! Also narrator Babson does a great job with a super clear reading and a great understanding of the story! Two thumbs up!!!

I am puzzled as to why the 3 books in the series by this author have such low ratings??? No Black Quiet is not the next great novel but this is escapism reading! I like to see the good (well, in anti-hero terms) guy ermmm? win? Mr. Galdi does a good job, I enjoyed the first book and am happily on my way to equally enjoying this 2nd book. its a solid 4 star book but I gave it 5 to balance out the other reviews. Likes and dislikes are relative. Take a chance.

A fun fast paced book full of action and suspense. What’s not to like? I love a good revenge story . Even though it’s a bit formulaic , looking forward to Cole Maddox’s next adventure. Also, loved this narrator. Great voice.
