I really enjoyed this 1, I found it hard to pause at times. Overall the story was excellently done, The narration was great especially Troy Duran aka Mr. Kraken I tend to find the stories that he narrates more enjoyable.

SAVE MONEY - Each of the 8, 9, 10 novellas is a standalone romance with a unique couple, although the three stories occur simultaneously during the same cruise with overlapping, and interacting, characters. Novellas 8-10 occur in the Welcome to Hell world, but only have a few cameos from the series’ regulars (and mostly just Lucifer, with the others getting the barest cameo), meaning you can jump right in to this trio in any order and without having listened to the original seven novella series. Due to the length, get them individually on sale or get novellas 8-10 in a collection.

This one was a fun little confection with Killian, the cursed Kraken and Sasha, the future seeing witch. There’s no filler, making the insta-marriage/like/love plot like listening to the cliff-iest of Cliff Notes. But, I’ve learned to like that about this author; her novellas are great when I want to get straight to the good times… in, out, wham bam thank you ma’am for the fun and the frisky. I will say, however, that this one felt a little more shallow in all the areas I like for my rom-com novellas (lite on humor, banter, chemistry and nooky). Worth it for my sale purchase.
