I read the book first then I had listen to it as well I was not disappointed i loved max ans chasity. I cant resist a orc story at all I was a bit frustrated with Max's father but understood why he was that way at first which you cant truly blame him he had trauma .

my heart broke for chasity about her losing her parents and never truly having a family she longed for besides her bestie violet . max is perfection and his mom omg I love her!!!

Such a sweet story. I love stories with fated mates. And when the mfc saved the mmc’s dad’s life I was shocked I live a little excitement. This story gave me all kinds of emotions. I even had tears in my eyes for some of it.
