Loved the narrator doing the voice of Zoe. Its a really good story, It's a believable story line. In this day and age I can see it happening. But what starts off as fake, turned real. Its a funny, sad, lustful, and so much more..Loved the story, the characters and the emotions. Definitely worth the listen.

I read this book when it first came out. When the opportunity to "hear it" came along I could not resist. I remember really being impacted by this on first read. Listening was like visiting an old friend. I listen on my commute and literally was laughing driving down the road. I might have had to use my tissues too.

The characters come to life. The situation is extreme. The emotions come across so strongly. Dive into this book/audio - you will not be disappointed!!

This was an interesting story that was packed with emotion as both Zoe and Roark are forced to do things they don't want to. Zoe has lived the last few years of her life working 3 jobs just to keep ahead of bills from her car accident and to care for her ailing grandmother. Roark may live in luxury, but his grandfather's death and subsequent reading of the will states that he and his brothers will only get their inheritance if they are married with a child on the way withing a year. When they literally bump into each other, it sets in motion a series of events that leave them each seeing the other as their way out of their problems. But the road to the HEA is not an easy one, full of bumps and stumbles.
The narrator did a good job with this book bringing all the emotion and characters to life. I would have liked a little more vocal variety in the voices, but overall still a great listen.

This is book 1 in the Somewhere, Tx series and is a stand alone book with an wonderful HEA. This is Roark’s book, oldest brother. Could not put it down. Looking forward to book 2 in the series. The Narrator does a wonderful job of bring the characters to life and putting you into the story.
