I didn't realize how my brain works, didn't realize that anxiety,depression, panic attack and so many others are apart of not having healthy mind.. cognitive behavior can be apply daily and can help us with so much of our mental struggles. it helps with stress relief.. it let's you know about the chemicals release into your body when it has mental issues., about weight loss and gain. I appreciate that fact that this book doesnt just gives you solutions but tell you the actual reason why it is happening what are the effects and how to resolve them..
