Three untold chapters in the lives of Elizabeth and Darcy.

For fans of Jane Austen who can't get enough of literature's greatest love story, this collection of three complete novellas offers new paths to happily ever after—because some romances deserve to be told more than once.

The Heir of Pemberley

Elizabeth thought marrying Mr. Darcy was the end of her story—it was only the beginning. Barely a month into marriage, she's drowning under the weight of running Pemberley while battling a mysterious illness. The diagnosis changes everything: she's expecting their first child. Through morning sickness, a meddling mother-in-law, and the dangers of childbirth, Elizabeth and Darcy discover that falling in love was the easy part.

The Meryton Mistake

When Mrs. Bennet overhears Elizabeth confronting Mr. Darcy about his insulting words, she draws the wrong conclusion—and suddenly all of Hertfordshire believes they're engaged. To protect Elizabeth's reputation, they agree to maintain the charade temporarily. But as their pretend courtship gives way to genuine feelings, can two people who started with deception find their way to the truth?

Darcy's Notice

Elizabeth Bennet knew exactly what Mr. Darcy thought of her—she heard him dismiss her at the assembly. But Caroline Bingley noticed the way his eyes followed Elizabeth across crowded rooms. Caroline's plan: befriend Elizabeth to highlight every unsuitable quality that makes her all wrong for Mr. Darcy. The only problem? Some men don't want perfection. Some men want something real.

I greatly enjoyed these stories and the writing was quite good. Virtual Voice didn't entirely do them the justice that a human narrator would have, but it was better here than it sometimes is. I plan to look for other books by this author.

Really enjoyed these novellas
