This is the second boxed set I’ve listened to. I have now bought the next 2 books in the series. Books 9 & 10. I love these characters. I don’t want it to end.

Loved every steaming sexy intelligent moment. This author should be nominated for everything. Also Michael Dean is an incredible narrator.

I avoided this narrators because I didn't like a story he narratored before. Somehow I thought Michael Dean and M. Pauley were 2 separate people - I was wrong.😒 I listened up to book 8 and I've changed my mind. He's good.🤗

I love this series soo much. There was soo much action, sweetness, love, not only between J&T but our other friends. There were so many times I cracked up with laughter that I could hardly breathe.

*Small spoilers*

I did however, find it annoying when the background on characters were repeated over and over. I get it helps as a reminder but it was just too much. In the beginning of the series Jerrett and Thayne called each other's name constantly, it almost drove my crazy. This happened with other characters as well e.g. "yes Jarrett, ok Jarrett, no Jarrett, Thayne this, Thayne that"; in the same sentence.😠😩🙄

There was not much urgency when it came to Nico and Max's rescue plan like there was when Thayne or Jerrett was in danger. Nico and Max's first scenes together was 🔥🔥🔥.
I also wanted there to be a play by play of how Deb got hurt in the prison.

Adael is annoying, he has no boundaries when it comes to Jarrett but we still like him. He deserves a good man unlike f🤬king Miles Lang🤮🤢 even though it was for the mission.

I wish Lang got a more brutal unaliving, 🩸🩸🩸 everywhere.

However thankfully Adael is getting his story told next and hopefully it's will be a wonderful HEA.
