This is book series is so addicting. My only issue is this writer is working on other great books as well and not focusing only on this amazing book. As the books and the situation evolves and the challenges grow it is amazing how the MC thinks more deeply and fights to become better and stronger.

This story is just epic!

One of my favorite series!! Great job in the writing (full of action and development) and the narration. I will be researching other books voiced by Macleod Andrews. As soon as the next book is available, I am there!!

A bit of spoiler:
I had to re-read (hear) book 4 again before proceeding with book 5. The only shocking experience was the voices of Destiny and Victoria. They seemed lower and more “husky” than the previous books, which I initially thought the narrator had a cold/flu when recording, but judge for yourself. And there was also an “event” that occurred but was never truly resolved. Maybe it will continue in the next book; which I am already excited to buy.

Excellent awaited return!!

despite the long wait, this is a great book, I loved every second...
had to listen to the previous books again to remember why it's a great series and you can tell that Andrews voice has changed over the time since last book, but after the first 15 minutes you don't notice anymore

everything I hoped for

in previous books, MC is skilled in certain aspects. In this book, even with the most knowledgeable teachers and one of the best AI training regimens, he still progresses so slowly. He doesn't catch up and even falls farther behind. I havent finished the book yet so my review may change, but at this point I stand frustrated. who cares about natural talent when the MC has better direction when training and trains harder and longer than most if not all. (he doesn't have to sleep much) Even talented people if not trained effectively or even wrongly are just as likely to hurt themselves or progress slowly by taking detours.

MC slow progression

Just as good as all the other books in the series. It was so good I listened to the entire book in one sitting. I cant wait for more.

Phenomenal
