This was a great story. The sex scene was a little more steamy than I prefer and the female narrator was not great at her different accents, which was sometimes distracting. The male narrator was incredible. The storyline was good but, true to Sparks’ style, a little sad.

I have read/listened to almost all of Sparks books. I have to say, this is one of my favorites. My husband and I really enjoyed it. I found it to be an endearingly bittersweet page turner. Heartbreaking, but what Sparks book isn't. Give it a chance. You won't be disappointed. This is now one of my favorites. Bonus..It's based on a true story. My husband and I are planning a trip to N.C. now. Hoping to walk the same path as the two characters in the book and leave our own letter @ Kindred Spirits of our love struggles and triumphs. ❤👫🙏

A must read for Sparks fans..

This book was wonderfully narrated & voices fitted characters. The story line was scripted perfectly & flowed smoothly. I couldn't stop listening due to suspenseful ending.
