I bought this book after hearing Jesse speak at a conference I attended. It’s similar content, but it’s AWESOME! Well written and excellently delivered.

The story and speaker are very engaging and delivers a great message of delighting fans/customers while not taking himself too seriously. Definitely worth a listen.
