Finally someone puts forth real value dropping gold nugget after gold nugget on how to turn yourself into a better you. And then that translates into better sales! This book delivered, wait for it..., Voice inflection awareness, mouth and tongue exercises aimed at developing precision in your speech, a business/sales framework to go by and straight talk that you know we all need every now and then to reset your mental energy. I loved this book. A good portion of the book seemed like this is how Ryan would sit you down and exlpain how shit works in his office when you go to work for him, complete with examples and stories to motivate you. You know, all the little stuff your mentor would give to you like nuance and habits. At times it felt like my brother was talking to me and at times it felt like my dad was teaching me... and it was all a perfect mix of knowledge, humor, sentiments, feelings, perspectives and actionable steps. It's all common sense stuff and simple. Great Job Ryan.

Ryan hits a home run with practical yet entertaining advice on how to improve your sales strategy. New to sales for an educational software company, I greatly appreciated the straightforward and actionable advice Ryan gives. As always, Ryan presents the information in the only way he can...full of entertainment! I found myself laughing out loud listening to his stories trying to explain to perfect strangers watching me why they need buy this book!
