She wanted to disappear.
He was never meant to see her.

Aliza Wylde has spent her life in the background—quiet, careful, and determined to stay out of the royal pack’s spotlight. But when the wolves of Presley Acres gather for the annual mate ceremony, everything changes.

Because the mate bond doesn’t care about bloodlines.
And it just claimed her for the Wolf Prince.

Crown Prince Thorne is powerful, untouchable, and bound by duty. Aliza is… none of those things. She isn’t ready for the attention. Or the danger. Or the secrets that start to unravel the moment their bond is revealed.

But fate has spoken.
And some bonds can’t be broken.

This series could have been half the length. It was repetitive and needlessly descriptive. It got cliche and trite. Then there was the double standard of the heroine. She would get mad (And once started packing to leave) over the hero not telling her what he was doing then turn right around and keep MAJOR things from him. So annoying when grown adults make stupid STUPID choices. One minute she's an amazingly strong woman and the next she's doing something so dumb it doesn't make sense. The AI voice was fine. You just need to pay attention and get into it's rhythm. The lack of continuity and editing was worse.

The story was good, but the virtual voice ruined it. The voice was monotone and was incorrect with words a lot of the time.

Story was okay, virtual voice sucked

The story is not bad. If the spiraling emotions that seem like a copy and paste every couple chapters can be cut the story would be much better. Love the twists at the end!
Virtual voice is awful!!! All the male characters sound the same as the lead female voice. In multiple areas what should have been a statement had the high inflection of a question. Some mispronounced words too. If I could do a zero on performance I would.

Terrible virtual voice

The story was good! But that virtual narration was awful, took away from the story with mispronunciations and no change in voices (sometimes I had no idea who was talking). This will be my first and last time listening to a book narrated by “virtual voice”.

Story good but dragged down by AI. I can't stand a story read by AI. In makes the story pace and feel off.

Hate AI narrator
