I am having trouble finding the Pdf that goes with the book on Audible.

The author was pretty awesome to listen to and you don't need to have to try to pay attention. he pretty much brings you into it!

super informative as well and he gets into the nitty gritty facts about the microbiome.

if you are at a lost on "what is healthy" then I recommend giving this book a shot! you won't regret it.

This topic is so critical to our health and our future. It really is a must-read book and we would be well served if everyone over 20, especially parents, read it.

Even though a very technical subject, the presentation was clear and concise. I was able to follow the logic of the argument and I could agree with the conclusion. Very persuasive.

An excellent narrator who clearly had quite a bit of practice with medical terms before taking on this book.
