Finders Takers is a great listen. It's got a wonderfully inventive story line, good character development, and lots of twists and turns. Think three kids couldn't possibly pull off a $3 million heist from a member of the mob? Think again.
The author's description of their lives in Bakersfield, CA is beautifully evocative with lots of attention to detail. When the story moves to their adult lives and the consequences of their actions, the tension ramps up and the twists and turns in the plot multiply. Shea Weber does a fine job with the narration. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the book. Brian had numerous twists and turns in the story that kept me entertained. Many memories of my youth were brought back growing up in a city in Cebtral California, with neighborhoods with alleys. Always places to explore with friends, sneak around from adults, and get into muschief. But where we often end up in life is far away, and maybe we miss that old alley playground a bit. Shea Weber did an excellent job reading this story, particularly with the wide range of age groups, and male and female roles.
