Loved listening to this book. the narration was great and did not get boring at all. The story is a bit predictable at times but it does not interfere with the enjoyment. recommended

I love the storyline, the writing and the awesome dialogue. The romance progresses at a good and believable rate too. Nothing cheesy about this one!

Trigger alert: physical and mental abuse.

It’s so good though! My only disappointment is that the steamy bits aren’t written. Sure they have sexy times, but no descriptions included. That aside, the action, adventure and suspense (and of course romance!) is definitely worth the listen and I’m going on to the next book!

Great story paired with great narration has knocked this one out of the park! DEA agent Nick Tucker’s days as an undercover agent was recently blown when the DEA brought down a notorious CA motorcycle gang. The media is painting him as a criminal. When Nick enters a coffee shop and stops a man from abusing a woman, it’s no small coincidence that the man is a member of the same MC that he had busted. There’s more media fodder when Nick takes Savannah Fields under his protection. Savannah Fields is a smart woman so she can only say that she had a momentary lapse in judgement when she started dating Butch. She’s tried hiding from him but he’s found her...she can’t help but like the DEA agent who rescues her from Butch. However, as Nick and Savannah grow close, all is not roses because Savannah has something that Butch wants...and he doesn’t care whom her has to hurt to get it.
Enjoyable story, great supporting characters.
