This was a great story with many historical facts. It was read by AI but it was very human sounding. I really enjoyed listening to this epic romance! It had a good ending too! Thanks!

It's really too bad that it wasn't actually read. The computer generated voice takes getting used to but it isn't as bad as others I have heard. With this book being free it was worth it. It would be worth buying if it was actually read by someone good. Now that I am used to the computer voice I will check out more of her stories. Maybe when I have the time I will download her books to read that are not included here. Unfortunately as I drive for work and work a lot I don't have much time to actually read these days. the story was good, I like that the love part of the story builds slowly and isn't the insta-love type stuff most of these types of books are.

Must read! I almost gave up on this book 2/3 of the way through but so glad I didn’t! It’s full of twists and turns. The worst thing about it is the horrible AI voice reading it. Can’t wait to read book 2 in that series!

I enjoyed the romantic story line & the simplicity of the romance. Some fun & interesting awaits & turns. The AI was good but still missing some emotion behind the storytelling. Still about to follow & enjoy but was missing the soul you get with a voice actor.
