The story was ok, cliche but entertaining. The narration did not fit the book, voices felt wrong for several of the characters. I would not recommend listening to the audiobook, but instead reading the story.

This story is good but the Narrator is not the best. I mean I heard worse and I was able to finish it. I would have rather read this myself in ebook form, I would have enjoyed it more. I will say this is not my favorite series so far from this author, its actually my least. I am a bit disappointed with that, I had high expectations. Lets hope the other 2 audiobooks in this series change my mind.

I don’t write many of these. But the reviews of the narrator are warranted. The narration is fairly unskilled and lacked experience on this type of work. Other works might go well but not a romance. Gave off more of the feel of an unskilled speaker who was telling a story they heard or read of someone else then true narration. It is tolerable because the story is so good and the narration is lucky to fall into a type that with the right mindset can be acceptable but I had to consider if I wanted to keep this one. I decided to in spite of the narration. The story saved the narrator though it did barely.
