I really liked this book. It was a quick read/listen, and now I can go back at my own pace and try some of the suggested ideas. The suggestions were clear, gentle, and varied. I think there is something to help anyone. The author's narration was good, too. By breaking it into 40 short question/explanation categories, it makes it not only manageable but easy to pick and choose the things that you'd like to try. I think this is well thought out, with helpful real-life examples to illustrate the ideas. Very well done, Dr Yeager!
