A sweet love story and great narration. IDK if it's intentional but a lot of GH's characters come across like they're on the spectrum. The male narrator is different but I really liked him (unlike many of the reviewers). A lot of GH's books are read with a certain style that seems to have more to do with her request than the narrators, based on having experienced the narrators in other author's books and hearing the style in many of GH's audio books 🤷🏾‍♀️

I just wished it was longer so we could have gotten more of their parental relationship. If she wanted to dig deep, this book could have easily been 10 hours and interesting the whole time.

I wish it was longer

This story makes us all dream. It is a true story of love and friendship. I hated how it ended leaving a cliff hanger though

The storyline

The storyline was actually ok. I wish I read instead of bought through audible. The narration was horrible to the point I could barely make it through the book. It made me definitely reconsider listening to more from this author.

hard to finish

I hated that Brisk had the hand that was dealt to her but Bello was right on time. The male narrator made the story a bit hard especially when he did the female voice during his chapters but it wasn't bad enough to make me not want to finish listening

Loved the story

Jagged Edge is a great standalone. The plot pulled me in the pacing was on point. Even though the book wasn’t long, the characters felt developed.

Honestly, I found myself wishing it was longer or a book two; the story could’ve keep going.

The only downside for me was the male narrator’s voice. It just didn’t fit the character or the tone of the story. Even with that the storyline was strong enough that I pushed through and still enjoyed the overall experience. Reading the story was better.
