A Warhammer 40,000 Audiobook

When a tragedy occurs and an Imperial retribution force is shattered, two young Imperial Knight pilots must work together and learn the ways of war if they – and the world of Donatos – are to survive.

LISTEN TO IT BECAUSE

It's war on a larger scale – Imperial Knight scale! Two novice Knight pilots against an entire world of enemies – a story for the ages.

THE STORY

The Knight Houses of Adrastapol are both noble and righteous, and when the Imperial world of Donatos falls to the heresy of the Word Bearers, they are foremost in the vanguard to retake it. Led by High King Tolwyn Draconis, the Knights are peerless in battle and strike deep into the enemy's ranks. But the war soon turns when a tragedy strikes, casting the Imperial campaign into anarchy. As desperation grows, unblooded Knights Errant Danial and Luk must quickly learn the ways of war to prevent an unholy ritual, or Donatos will be lost and all the noble Houses of Adrastapol with it.

This novel is a fantastic view into the loyalties, motives, and combat of 40k Imperial & Chaos Knights. Many times Knights and Knightly house of both loyalties are relegated to background support characters for larger setting figures such as Belasarius Cawl and Abbadon. But this novel allows for the Imperial and Chaos Knights to take a commanding presence on the battlefield while the noble pilots remain vulnerable and human. If a thousand more knightly stories came out just like this one I would buy and listen to every one.

A phenomenal Knightly story, coupled with a fantastic audio performance this story will have you wanting to collect Knights.

Excellent book. Would love to hear more about the knights of Adrastopol from the author.

Love the Imperial Knights

What was good? It kept on theme, and felt very consistent to the tone of Imperial Knights, with their table top lore. Also, the heros weren't Space Marines end to end.
What was bad? It's almost all Questoris pattern, and the story kinda leans on the reader knowing the differences.
What could be better? if there were other types of knights. Also, maybe a tournament.

If you like Knights, this is your book!
