I loved the context of this book. It is going to be a great reminder to refresh ourselves with periodically as we move forward in life. I'm already doing some of these things but I want to do more. This book has great suggestions and we can manicure it to our needs.

A lot of good information that I can apply to everyday life. I have already started applying what I have learned from this book and although it will take time it is working. I received no incentive to review or read/listen to this book. I would recommend this book to any struggling parent that needs help.
