Well, I liked most about this story was how the author focused on character growth giving the MC a second chance at life. This is not a reincarnation story, but a Second Chance story in a magical world.

I thought this would be a good fantasy action adventure novel. Overall it was a solid novel but I was happy to find out it turned into a good magical school novel. Some of the chapters are a little slow with too much emphasis on the slice of life elements for my taste. Still really good though and plenty of hints at cool things to come in the future. Hopefully the next book comes out before I forget the series exists!

This was one of the better audio books. Scratched an itch I’ve been trying to fill. Not the best but worth a credit.

Great take on how adventuring works and many interesting monsters. Good natural progression of power and friendships. Fun but has enough blood to balance the serious undertones. Intriguing plot.
