I was captivated by this story and can’t wait to listen to the rest of the series. Mercy is in such despair that Acedia must step in and try to save her. Darkness is lurking around every corner to try and defeat Acedia and claim Mercy for herself. Narrator is fantastic.

Mercy's life has spiraled out of control. Her girlfriend left and she is having struggles with her job. She finds herself standing on the edge of a bridge.

The deity Acedia pulls her from that situation and introduces her to the seven sins to save herself. Lust is up first and is inspiring!

Hildred Billings weaves an excellent story and I look forward to reading the rest of the series.
