I teach mindfulness to people I counsel or mentor. This is great for those with ADHD, PTSD, over thinkers, worriers, anxiety, panic loss and trauma. Highly recommend. Although I alter a lot of this because I add Bible verses, and Christian music.

Surprising to listen to this, because it is read by a computer generated voice - I found it soulless and kind of creepy given the content. The reading delivers the opposite intention of the book’s authors. I cannot recommend this audible.
